Everything in this creation is made up of magnetic fields. Starting from the strongest central sun of the Universes to the smallest hydrogen atom, all are made of fields of different strengths. Water is one of the most extraordinary substances on the planet, it has its own personality and goes against everything we know about chemistry and classical physics. It doesn't even follow the principles of the periodic table of the elements.
It is the anomalous character of water that makes it the most important substance in our body. It is the molecular structure of water responsible for the existence of living beings and without water there would be no life.
